What Happens To Your Investment?

It sits in a protected escrow account at the bank, until it's time to make a move. Our team understands the need to move quickly when an opportunity presents itself. If a property meets our criteria, showing proof of funds for phase one in an escrow account protects your investment, and allows our realtors to lock-in a profitable deal. All research is conducted during the option period, and vetted by legal, further protecting our investment.

Beyond identifying the opportunity, we work with engineers, architects, contractors, city officials, and more to successfully manage the builds, renovations, and developments of every real estate investment. We are currently building two custom homes and associated with the development of a luxury event venue. Our next venture will be a mobile home park.
