The Mix Development

TIAA Corporate Hub

Financial services company TIAA has consolidated approximately 720 employees into a new 500,000-square-foot, 15-story building in Frisco. This move underscores Frisco's appeal to large corporations seeking a favorable business environment.

The Frisco Chamber of Commerce hosted an Innovation Luncheon on August 23, 2024, highlighting the city's dedication to becoming a national innovation hub. Collaborations with organizations like Plug and Play Frisco are fostering a thriving startup ecosystem, attracting venture capital and talent to the region.

Frisco is hosting various tech conferences and meetups. Notably, a ReactJS Dallas event took place on October 8-9, 2024, at Text-Em-All in Frisco, indicating active engagement within the tech community.
