The City of Frisco has confirmed on October 4, 2024 that two mosquito pools in the area have tested positive for West Nile virus (WNV) this week. To address this, the city’s third-party contractor will conduct ground spraying overnight, starting at 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, and continuing until 5 a.m. on Sunday, October 6. The same schedule will be followed on Sunday night, October 6, with spraying ending at 5 a.m. Monday morning.
